Confidentiality

Your privacy is my priority. All sessions are confidential, and your personal information will not be shared without your consent, except in situations where there is a legal obligation to protect you or others.

Appointment cancellations & rescheduling

I understand that life can be unpredictable, and you may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. To help accommodate your needs while respecting the time of other clients -

Cancellations made with more than 48 hours notice: No fee will be charged.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice: A fee of 50% of the session price will apply.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice: A fee of 100% of the session price will apply.

Unless other payment arrangements are made, these fees will be charged to your nominated card.

If unexpected situations arise and you need to cancel within the required time frame, please contact me directly at [email protected]. I understand that life can be unpredictable, and I am here to discuss your situation and find a solution that works for both of us.
