Work with Leah

In her own words

I am a PACFA Registered Clinical Counsellor, an ICF ACC Accredited Coach and a Yoga Teacher. My work brings neuroscience, psychology and mindful embodiment together to help individuals and couples stabilise the mind, rebuild trust in the body and re establish direction.

Growth does not occur in isolation. It arises from the integrated system of mind and body. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Positive Psychology, and mindfulness because each activates distinct neural pathways, including attention, emotional regulation, and meaning-making.

I work with individuals navigating anxiety, burnout, grief and life transitions, as well as couples seeking to repair connection and understand each other better.

Sessions are available in person in Carlton, Melbourne, and online worldwide.

What I believe

01

Awareness is the beginning

You cannot change what you cannot see. Understanding your patterns (emotional, relational, physiological) is the first step to something different.

02

The body matters

Much of what we carry lives below the level of thought. Somatic awareness is not optional. It is essential to lasting change.

03

You already have what you need

The work is not about fixing you. It is about helping you access the resilience and wisdom that are already there.

Stabilise was created in memory of my mother, a reminder that presence is the greatest act of love.
