In her own words

Most people arrive already knowing something needs to change. This is the space where that knowing becomes something you can actually work with.

My work sits at the intersection of neuroscience, psychology and mindful embodiment. I help individuals and couples understand their patterns, regulate their nervous systems, and rebuild genuine trust in themselves and each other.

Growth does not occur in isolation. It arises from the integrated system of mind and body. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Polyvagal Theory and somatic awareness. These are neuroscience-informed approaches that work with the nervous system, not just the thinking mind.

I work with individuals navigating anxiety, burnout, grief and life transitions, as well as couples seeking to repair connection and understand each other better.

Sessions are available in person in Carlton, Melbourne, and online worldwide.

What to know

01

Two credentials. One session.

Leah holds dual registration as a PACFA Clinical Counsellor and an ICF Accredited Coach, a rare combination in one practitioner. Sessions can move between emotional depth and forward-focused action depending on what you need, without having to switch providers.

02

Nervous system first.

Most talk therapy works with thought. Leah works with the whole system: nervous system, body and mind together. Drawing on Polyvagal Theory and somatic awareness, the work addresses what drives your patterns at a physiological level, not just the surface.

03

Online works. Genuinely.

Leah works with clients across Australia and internationally via secure video. Online sessions are just as effective as in-person for most people, and for many the privacy and comfort of your own space allows the work to go deeper. No Melbourne commute required.

Awareness is the beginning

What I believe · 01

Awareness is the beginning

You cannot change what you cannot see. Understanding your emotional, relational and physiological patterns is the first step to something different.

The body matters

The body matters

Much of what we carry lives below the level of thought. Somatic awareness is not optional. It is essential to lasting change.

You already have what you need

What I believe · 03

You already have what you need

The work is not about fixing you. It is about helping you access the resilience and wisdom that are already there.
