What burnout actually is
Burnout is a nervous-system state, not a willpower problem. Chronic stress keeps your body in a prolonged state of activation, and eventually it shifts into shutdown - flat, numb, unable to care the way you used to. Pushing harder only deepens it.
Recovery is not about doing more self-care on top of an unsustainable load. It is about understanding what kept your system in survival mode, and rebuilding capacity from the bottom up.
How we work together
We combine counselling and coaching: the counselling side helps you regulate and recover, while the coaching side helps you redesign the patterns, boundaries and commitments that led to burnout in the first place. The goal is not just to feel better, but to build a life your nervous system can actually sustain.
